The With is a bar by Weylandts at 107 Castle Street, Cape Town. This page explains what happens to the name and email address you give us on the front page, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
To email you about The With: when it opens, when booking opens, and what is on. You will also hear from Weylandts. We do that because you asked us to when you added your name, and for no other reason.
Weylandts and the team running The With. We use Resend to store the list and send the mail, and Vercel to run the site. Both process the data on our instruction and nothing more. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone else.
Until you ask us to stop, or for two years after the last time you opened something from us, whichever comes first.
Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also write to us and we will remove you, tell you what we hold, or correct it.
We count visits and signups so we know whether the advertising worked. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta's advertising tools may record that visit in your browser. Your browser settings control that, and blocking it does not stop you signing up.
